Like a Phoenix...

Broken Spoon is in the midst of a resurrection!

Chef Kovacs made the difficult decision to temporarily close Broken Spoon late August 2023,

following the egregious murder of Laura Carleton, to take pause and reflect.

After too many months, Chef decided Broken Spoon would pivot

from "TAKEOUT ONLY" to "RESERVATION ONLY DINE-IN".

At the start of 2024 Kovacs rolled up her sleeves, ditched any semblance of cute outfits,

and got to work remodeling her humble, self-proclaimed "noodie bar" to create an environment

that would feel like hosting guests at her home.

Broken Spoon will be reopening as a unique dining, and social, experience

with the goal of building back the true concept of "community" one bite at a time.
